The school’s Specialist Teaching Resource was established in September 2009, with the Resource receiving a new home within the school for September 2025 under the name, ‘Y Goleudy’. The Goleudy will offer provision to a maximum of eighteen pupils with Social Communication Difficulties and/or Learning Difficulties. The aim of the unit is to offer specialist, specific provision for the pupils within a calm, homely atmosphere, while promoting the pupils’ confidence and independence. The unit has a policy of strong integration, and all pupils in the Goleudy are given every opportunity to undertake lessons and activities within the mainstream such as non-core subjects.

All learners receiving their education within the Goleudy will have an individual development plan maintained by Gŵyr on behalf of the Local Authority. To apply for a placement at the Goleudy , the primary schools, after the year 5 person centered review, will need to refer to the Local Authority ALN panel.
